Bonus Terms and Conditions

These terms govern all bonuses offered by 1PHBET, including Casino Bonuses, Sports Bonuses, No-Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins and Free Bets, and any other promotional offers presented via the Website, email, SMS or on-site notifications. They supplement the general Terms and Conditions and prevail in case of conflict with those terms only insofar as the Bonus Terms are explicit.

Eligibility and Account Integrity

• Bonuses are awarded to individual players. Each player may be limited to a single account, home address, telephone number, e-mail address, payment method, device and network used for access.
• 1PHBET reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any bonus at its sole discretion.
• To participate, players must be fully verified in accordance with the site's KYC and AML policies before withdrawals.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between players and non-assignable.
• Excluded territories may be restricted from receiving bonuses; eligibility is governed by the promo-specific terms and applicable regulations.

Bonus Types and Availability

Activation, Use and Account Balances

• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Real money balances are used before any bonus balance when a bonus is active.
• Bonuses are credited to a dedicated bonus balance, and winnings derived from bonus bets are credited to the bonus balance, unless the wagering is fully met and the bonus is cashable according to the offer terms.
• Bonuses and any winnings from them are non-transferable between real and bonus balances unless the terms specify otherwise.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements defined in the individual bonus terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wager is 30 times the total bonus amount (deposit plus bonus). If a promotion does not involve a deposit, the wagering requirement may be higher as specified in the offer. Wagering contributions vary by game type and category; most slots contribute 100%, while certain game types (such as live casino, table games, and jackpot games) may contribute less or not at all. A detailed contribution table is provided in the terms of each offer and should be consulted prior to wagering. Wagering is counted toward the largest active bonus first; if multiple bonuses are active, wagers apply to the one with the largest amount. Wagering only progresses after real money balance is fully wagered.

Validity, Expiry and Auto-cancellation

• Bonuses are generally valid for seven (7) days from the moment they are credited, unless the promotion specifies a different period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the period, the bonus and any winnings are forfeited.
• A bonus is automatically cancelled if the active balance falls to a specified minimum (for example 0.05 or equivalent) depending on the bonus type, and the bonus may be forfeited.
• If a withdrawal is requested before completing wagering, the bonus and any winnings may be removed from the account balance.

Minimum and Maximum Bets During Bonus Wagering

When a bonus is active, the minimum bet amount per spin or per wager may be limited to a defined threshold (for example 0.50 EUR / USD / CAD / AUD equivalents), and a maximum bet per spin or wager will be restricted (for example 5.00 EUR / USD / CAD / AUD equivalents). Bets placed outside these limits will not contribute toward wagering requirements and may forfeit associated winnings.

No-Deposit Bonuses and Withdrawal Caps

For no-deposit offers or non-deposit bonuses, the maximum withdrawal of winnings derived from the bonus is governed by a cap. Common caps include 100 EUR or two times the bonus amount, whichever is higher. Exceeding amounts will be deducted at withdrawal.

Cancellation, Irregular Play and Bonus Abuse

• 1PHBET reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any bonus, including winnings, in cases of irregular play or suspected abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, collusion, systematic wagering on safe bets, or attempts to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Examples of irregular play include postponing game rounds to complete wagering later, using betting systems to exploit the bonus (e.g., Martingale), large bets that manipulate wagering progression, or exploiting software bugs.
• Bonuses may be subject to monitoring and may be withdrawn if irregular activities are detected. Violations may lead to forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings and could result in account closure.

Geographic Restrictions and Promo-Specific Terms

Eligibility for bonuses may vary by country or territory. The terms for any given promotion override general terms where stated. It is the player's responsibility to review the promo-specific terms before participating; if a country is excluded from a promotion, participation is not permitted and no bonus will be awarded.

Modifications, Conflicts with Other Terms and Liability

1PHBET reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a conflict arises between the Bonus Terms and any other Terms, the Bonus Terms prevail for matters covered herein, unless stated otherwise in the General Terms. 1PHBET is not liable for interruptions due to technical issues, geographical or legal restrictions that prevent the awarding or use of a bonus or prize. Prizes or bonuses are not transferable, exchangeable or refundable unless expressly provided by the offer.
